What if I don’t have an affiliate program? How can I participate?
You can still benefit by having access to Bill Me Later Shopping.  Your brand will be featured as a text link on a highly effective marketing channel to drive incremental traffic to your site.

Can you train my call center representatives?
We take a holistic approach to the contact center to ensure your customers have a consistent experience across all your channels.  We do this by working with you on customized scripting that streamlines the offer to your customer. We can provide standard written responses to customer inquiries that can be used in call or mail responses. In addition, quality monitoring and call monitoring elements can be integrated into your current programs.

We can also work with you on targeted agent incentive programs to reinforce their knowledge and understanding. After the sales agents’ training, it’s no different than taking a credit card. In fact, once a customer is on file as a Bill Me Later user, handling time is extremely fast. Training is quick and easy with no more than 30 minutes away from the phone!
